Hello,
Is there a way to use only a subset of supernovae in a sample in cobaya? I see the _apply_mask() function in the PantheonPlus SN class in this file: https://github.com/CobayaSampler/cobaya/blob/master/cobaya/likelihoods/sn/pantheonplus.py, which does what I want, but can I call this on run-time?
I know I can just make an edited data / covariance file with only the rows / cols I want but wondering if there is a quicker way.
Thanks for any help.
